Refund

What do we replace? WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DAMAGED.

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges, except for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be damaged.

Refund (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving your products at info@towervtm.com with photos of the damaged items. Once we receive the damaged item, we will ship a replacement item, if available. If the replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
TOWERV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon request, TOWERV will confirm delivery to the address provided, the delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to verify.
