Refunds

 

What do we replace? WE REPLACE ITEMS ONLY IF DAMAGED.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If it has been 15 days since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, except for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and it must be damaged.

Refund (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the products at info@towervtm.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement if available. If the replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or stolen packages
TOWERV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery has been confirmed to the address entered for an order.

Upon request, TOWERV will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
